Foot Injury, Pain, & Care

After a young career in modeling in stilettos, a brief but intense period of competitive ballroom dancing in heels, and a foot surgery as a result, I developed a care for and love of my own and other’s feet!

The more I worked on patients’ feet the more I heard, “no one’s ever really touched my feet before.” How sad! Our feet are our first weight bearers; they’re the platforms that allow us to walk through our world, and according to reflexology, they’re a hologram (reflection) of our entire bodies!

The feet have tons of proprioceptors (brain feedback neurons). When we have happy feet we have a more balanced gait, more stability, and more ability to move easily in our worlds! Our feet deserve just as much attention as the rest of our bodies. I would love to give your feet the attention they deserve!
